Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Capital Markets, specifically in FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities) and OTC Derivatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading Front-to-Back (F2B) transformation programs, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering complex change initiatives across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functions.

The candidate should be capable of independently driving large-scale transformation programs, managing senior stakeholders, establishing strong governance,



and ensuring successful program delivery with minimal oversight.

Required Skills & Experience

Domain Expertise

- Strong experience in Capital Markets.
- Deep understanding of FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities) products.
- Strong knowledge of OTC Derivatives.
- Valuable understanding of the complete trade lifecycle, including:
- Trade Capture
- Confirmation
- Matching
- Clearing
- Settlement
- Collateral Management
- Risk Management
- Regulatory Reporting
