Role & responsibilities

Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics operations efficiently. • Coordinate transportation activities for domestic and export shipments. • Monitor vehicle placement, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines to ensure timely deliveries. • Manage warehouse operations, inventory movement, and material handling activities effectively. • Coordinate with dispatch and transport teams to ensure timely preparation of shipping documents, invoices, e-way bills, and other transport-related documentation. • Liaise with suppliers, transporters, dealers, and internal departments for smooth operational flow. • Monitor daily shipment status reports (DSR), track shipments, and resolve logistics related issues promptly. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements. • Monitor monthly logistics costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.



• Review logistics performance reports and recommend corrective actions where required. • Continuously improve logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of transportation, warehouse management, and supply chain operations. • Positive negotiation, coordination, and vendor management skills. • Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems and MS Office applications. • Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Expertise in vehicle planning and route optimization. • Shipment tracking and logistics monitoring capabilities.
