About The Role

We are looking for a driven and growth-focused Business Development Associate to join the FirstClub team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying recent business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. This is a fast-paced and high-impact role for individuals who are passionate about sales, partnerships, and business expansion.

What Youll Do

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound outreach

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

- Drive revenue growth by generating qualified leads and converting prospects into customers

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product or service demonstrations

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business expansion opportunities

- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements with clients and stakeholders

- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts,



and CRM records consistently

- Represent FirstClub at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

What Were Looking for

- 2 to 6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Account Management

- Proven ability to generate leads and successfully close business opportunities

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup or growth environment

- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated mindset

- Ability to build long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms is preferred

- Bacheloru2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
