Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in business loan, home loans, housing finance, insurance, mutual funds, personal loans, and other financial products.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling existing products.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their financial requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for cutting-edge product offerings.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in business loan, fixed deposits, gold loan, housing loan (LAP), insurance etc.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
