Key Responsibilities:
Inventory management and stock control
Inward, storage, material issue, and dispatch operations
ERP-based inventory transactions and MIS reporting
Stock audits, cycle counting, and reconciliation
Coordination with Production, Purchase, Planning, and Quality teams
Team leadership and warehouse process improvement
Compliance with 5S, ISO, safety, and audit requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field
- 15 years of experience in Stores Management within Machine Manufacturing, Engineering, Heavy Engineering, or Machinery Industry
- Robust knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
- Experience in inventory control, warehouse management, and material planning
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
