Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive revenue through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Monitor store KPIs such as sales conversion, average billing value, footfall, and customer retention.
- Plan and execute promotional activities and local marketing initiatives.
- Build long-term relationships with high-value customers.

Store Operations

- Manage day-to-day showroom operations efficiently.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness, ambience, and overall store presentation.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the showroom.
- Monitor store expenses and operational costs.

Team Management

- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the showroom team.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Evaluate employee performance and recommend rewards or corrective actions.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and customer-focused work workplace.

Customer Service

- Deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure customers receive accurate product information and assistance.
- Encourage repeat business through relationship management.

Inventory & Asset Management

- Ensure accurate stock management and reconciliation.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits and stock verification.
- Monitor movement of jewellery, diamonds, and precious metals.
- Ensure safe custody of inventory and adherence to security procedures.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock replenishment.

Cash & Financial Management

- Monitor billing operations and cash handling.
- Verify daily sales reports and cash reconciliation.
- Ensure proper documentation of transactions.




- Maintain financial accuracy and minimize operational losses.

Compliance & Administration

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and statutory regulations.
- Maintain audit readiness and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Head Office for smooth business operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Retail/Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the Jewellery Retail Industry.
- Proven experience in sales, operations, inventory, and team management.
