Eligibility:

BSc/B.E./B.Tech with ADIS

5 - 8 years of experience in EHS/Safety

Experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Automotive, Manufacturing or 3PL operations preferred

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement company EHS Management System.

2. Develop site-specific safety procedures.

3. Ensure compliance with customer safety standards.

4. Maintain Zero Accident culture.

5. Conduct routine workplace inspections.

6. Monitor unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.

7. Drive safety culture through Behaviour Based Safety (BBS).

8. Ensure implementation of Life Saving Rules.

9. Manual Material Handling Safety

10. MHE Safety Management and Trainings

11. Contractor Safety Management

12. Safety Toolbox talk & Effective PPE implementation

13.



Safety performance review with customer

14. Risk Assessment & JSA

15. Incident Reporting and Investigation with RCA

16. Emergency Preparedness and effectiveness monitoring through the emergency drills

17. Training Need Identification and plan accordingly

18. Defensive Driving Training for Drivers

19. Safety Standard Implementation and Audits

20. Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (OSHWC) Code

21. Safety performance review

Skills Required:

1. Valuable knowledge of EHS standards and legal compliance

2. Strong communication and leadership skills

3. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word (Power BI knowledge is an added advantage)
