TCS is looking for experienced SAP FICO Consultants with strong expertise in configuring and supporting S/4HANA Finance solutions across enterprise finance processes.
The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, driving end-to-end implementations, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Key Skills Required:
SAP FICO Must Have (Implementation Mandatory)
Robust experience in:
- End-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects (MANDATORY)
- SAP S/4HANA Finance including FI and CO modules
- Requirement gathering, solution design, and business process mapping
Hands-on Experience In:
- Configuring General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO)
- Managing business processes such as Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P),
and Order to Cash (O2C)
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
- Integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP
- Preparing functional specifications and coordinating with technical teams
- Data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Testing phases: Unit, Integration, and UAT
- Troubleshooting issues and providing L2/L3 support
- Driving implementation, rollout, and support projects
- Post-go-live support and continuous improvements
