Role & responsibilities

- Manage the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including invoice processing and verification.
- Process domestic, import, service, and transport invoices using SAP HANA/SAP FI.
- Perform Purchase Order (PO) verification and three-way matching before invoice booking.
- Handle vendor account reconciliation and resolve invoice-related discrepancies.
- Monitor GR/IR balances and coordinate with Stores and Procurement for pending GRNs.
- Process advance clearing, debit notes, credit notes, and rate difference (retro) invoices.
- Prepare monthly provisions and support month-end financial closing activities.
- Generate daily and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
- Support internal and statutory audits by providing accurate documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Stores, and Finance teams for smooth invoice processing.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely vendor payments.

Preferred candidate profile





- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); MBA (Finance) preferred or pursuing.
- Around 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Financial Accounting, or P2P operations within the manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA, SAP FI, and SAP MM Integration.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Vendor Reconciliation, GR/IR Reconciliation, GST Compliance, and Invoice Processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF functions) and MS Office.
- Experience in month-end closing, MIS reporting, audit support, and financial controls.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Willing to relocate and available to join within one month.
