We are looking for a Senior Architectural / Structural Designer to join our Communication Team. This role focuses on client-facing communication, design coordination, and presentation of architectural/structural solutions. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Revit, Chief Architect, SketchUp, and Millwork detailing, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. .

Key responsibilities:

Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams for architectural/structural design requirements.

Present and explain design concepts, BIM models, and construction details using Revit, Chief Architect, and SketchUp.

Lead client meetings, design reviews, and coordination calls to clarify project scope and deliverables.

Translate client requirements into accurate design briefs and ensure smooth handover to the technical team.

Review technical outputs (drawings, models, millwork details) to ensure alignment with client expectations.





Prepare and present shop drawings, millwork packages, and construction documents for client approval.

Collaborate with project managers and designers to maintain timelines and deliverables.

Provide feedback and suggestions for design optimization and value engineering.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in architectural/structural design & client communication.

Strong proficiency in Revit, Chief Architect, SketchUp, and millwork detailing.

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of construction methods, codes, and standards. Ability to interpret client requirements and convert
