Job Purpose

Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, HR Analytics, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Employee Engagement through data-driven HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Talent Acquisition, onboarding, employee life cycle management.
- Develop HR dashboards, MIS and analytics on headcount, attrition, recruitment and absenteeism.
- Support performance management, appraisal cycles and reporting.
- Plan employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, audits and statutory requirements.
