Job Summery

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers who can effectively communicate with students, explain course details, and generate leads for admissions. You ll be the first point of contact representing the institute with professionalism and helping students take the next step in their career journey

Key Responsiblity
- Make outbound calls to potential students and respond to incoming inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about various IT and non-IT courses offered by NetTech India.
- Counsel students over the phone and schedule walk-ins for counseling sessions.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and admission targets
- Coordinate with counsellors and branch managers for follow-up conversions.
- Maintain a positive, skilled tone in all communication.

Required Skills Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduation (any stream).




- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle targets and multitask efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of IT courses will be an added advantage.
- Freshers are welcome training will be provided.

Compensation Range
- 15,000 25,000 per month
