Roles and Responsibility
Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
Prepare and review financial statements, such as monthly management accounts and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws and accounting standards.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to senior management.
Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses, and monitor cash flow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment bankers, lawyers, and auditors,



to ensure seamless execution of financial transactions.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Professional certification, such as CPA or CFA, is an asset.
