Key Responsibilities

- Format and standardize candidate resumes as per company and client requirements.
- Update and maintain job requisitions, candidate shortlists, rejections, and client call notes in JobzMachine (Internal ATS).
- Prepare and maintain designation change reports,



quarterly reports, and bi-weekly leaderboard updates.
- Maintain and update Google Sheets and other trackers.
- Prepare incentive reports, create Top Incentive Makers flyers, and share reports with management.
- Coordinate daily cab operations and attend monthly DM meetings.
- Support day-to-day recruitment and operational activities.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in resume formatting and documentation.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Valuable communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
