Role Objective :

The Founders Content & Distribution Manager will work directly with the Founder and CEO of GetWork to convert daily execution, meetings, travel, decisions, and behind-the-scenes activity into consistent, high-quality digital content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube .

Key Responsibilities :

1. Content Capture

- Accompany the Founder during office days, travel, events, and field activities.
- Record short-form videos and behind-the-scenes content, including office moments, meetings where permitted, whiteboard sessions, decision-making conversations, job fairs, campus visits, and leadership interactions.
- Think like a documentarian, not a cameraman.

2. Content Creation

- Edit raw footage into high-retention short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn video posts.
- Add hooks, clean cuts, subtitles, and basic branding.
- Maintain a rapid production cycle with daily publishing output.
- Convert long recordings into multiple short-form assets .

Distribution and Growth

- Publish and manage daily content across identified platform.
- Repurpose the same content effectively across channels.
- Track content performance, analyze trends, and improve formats based on data .
- Build and maintain a simple content calendar and idea backlog.

4. Narrative and Positioning

- Ensure all content aligns with the Founders positioning and GetWorks larger narrative.
- Proactively suggest themes, formats, storylines, and series ideas.
- Support the Founder with topic preparation, structured prompts, and quick-take formats.

5. Founder Office Support

- Maintain organized file systems for footage and content.
- Coordinate quick shoots, daily reviews, and content planning.
- Support special campaigns, launches, job fairs, and announcements.
