Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth functioning of all healthcare operations in the assigned hospital.
- Responsible for day to day operations of the branch focusing on customer service, quality, people management and process adherence.

- Monitor patient waiting times and coordinate with departments to reduce delays
- Tracking branch performance.
- Address patient queries, concerns, and escalations promptly.
- Focus on patient satisfaction and quality.
- Co-ordination with all Departments.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and service standards across the floor.
- Monitor patient feedback and implement corrective actions where required.
