- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (MD/DM/DNB in OBGYN).
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing obstetric cases, preferably in an OPD or outpatient setting.
- Proven track record in prenatal care, antenatal screening, and delivery of secure, patient-centered maternity services.
- Strong clinical expertise in diagnosing and managing common and complex gynecological conditions (e.g., menstrual disorders, infertility, pelvic inflammatory disease).
- Proficiency in performing and interpreting routine obstetric ultrasounds and managing low-risk deliveries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and active medical license.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and digital health tools.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties and emergency obstetric care as required.
