Job description

- Provide L1/L2 support for SAP Datasphere and Databricks environments, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Monitor data pipelines, jobs, and integrations for failures or performance issues.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, configuration, and data ingestion problems across SAP and Databricks platforms.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support for SAP Datasphere and Databricks environments,



ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Monitor data pipelines, jobs, and integrations for failures or performance issues.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, configuration, and data ingestion problems across SAP and Databricks platforms.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
- Operational Excellence
- Maintain and update SOPs for incident handling, escalation, and resolution.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs for ticket resolution and system uptime.
- Collaborate with Data/SAP engineering teams for complex issues and permanent fixes
