Role & responsibilities

1) Sound technical knowledge

2 Knowledge of design softwares such as STAAD ,ETABS

3. Knowledge of estimation of quantities

4 Knowledge of valuable construction practices

4. Good communication and interpersonal relation skills.

5. Time management

6. Conversant with relevant IS codes

7 Should have structural engineers liscence.

Preferred candidate profile

Should be well experienced and able to handle the design department indepentaly ,ensuring timely and correct delivery of design and drawings

- Drawing study, discussing with Architects / Consultants & client officials
- Attending Co-ordination meetings with various Consultants, Architects & clients.
- Ensuring proper check over design process and drawings. Of the design department
- Ensuring compliance with ISO Systems
- Monitoring day to day working of the subordinates
- Visiting sites at important stages of work
- Issuing necessary statutary certificates.
