Fluent English communication with US & Canada clients.
Required Candidate profile
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills.
MS Excel & ERP/CRM knowledge.
Multitasking ability.
Basic order processing knowledge.
BPO/KPO experience preferred.
