We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented National Sales Manager (NSM) to lead and drive our Pan-India sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing national sales strategies, managing regional sales teams, achieving business objectives, expanding market share, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth. The role requires solid leadership, strategic planning, people management, and deep knowledge of the Indian pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Zonal Sales Managers (ZSMs), Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs), and field sales teams across India.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance while ensuring achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.
- Analyze sales trends, market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.




- Build and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospitals, distributors, stockists, and key customers.
- Monitor sales productivity and ensure effective territory management.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Training teams for successful business execution.
- Develop launch strategies for new products and ensure effective implementation across all regions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Conduct regular business reviews, field visits, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pharmaceutical regulations, and ethical marketing practices.
- Optimize sales processes, distributor network, and customer engagement to maximize market penetration.
