Roles & Responsibilities:

- Execute equity and derivatives trades accurately on behalf of clients, in line with regulatory guidelines
- Monitor live market movements and provide real-time updates to clients to support informed trading decisions
- Understand clients investment objectives, risk appetite, and financial goals to provide market insights and investment recommendations to clients based on companies research reports
- Address client queries related to portfolio performance, account statements, and trading-related concerns
- Operate trading terminals with proficiency
- Provide real-time order updates and confirmations to clients over recorded communication lines
- Maintain accurate trade execution records and client interaction logs using internal CRM tools
- Ensure strict adherence to Risk Management, Settlement, and Compliance protocols
- Comply with SEBI regulations, exchange rules,



and internal company policies
- Responsible for acquiring new clients for opening demat accounts and cross-selling of allied products such as mutual funds, insurance, and other investment instruments to existing clients
- Keep abreast of the market news, financial trends and current affairs
- To achieve healthy revenues targets without compromising on clients profitability

Key Competencies:

- NISM 8 & NISM 25A certification is mandatory
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Confidence and robust presentation abilities
- Ability to explain information clearly and simply
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
