Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Graduation Mandatory
- 3 to 8 Years of Retail Experience
- Experience in Supermarket / Hypermarket is Mandatory
- Minimum 1 to 2 Years experience as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Department Manager preferred

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals to handle overall store operations, team management, customer service, sales performance, and inventory control. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and hands-on retail operations experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly




- Achieve sales targets and improve store profitability
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor stock availability, inventory, shrinkage, and replenishment
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff for better performance
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store standards
- Maintain SOP compliance, hygiene, and safety standards
- Prepare reports related to sales, attendance, and operations
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth functioning
- Handle staff rostering, discipline, and employee engagement
