We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Engineer L1 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

- Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware and software systems.
- Respond to and diagnose problems, including troubleshooting, fault rectification, and escalating issues as needed.
- Resolve user problems, queries, or complaints effectively and promptly.
- Assist in hardware and software evaluation and recommend upgrades or improvements to IT infrastructure.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve day-to-day activities and processes.
- Lead a team of junior co-workers and set daily operational objectives.

Job Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience in desktop engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with users at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.
- A robust understanding of IT infrastructure and system administration is essential.
- Experience with teleperformance systems and technologies is preferred.
