We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Process Trainer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in training and development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Deliver high-quality training materials, including presentations, guides, and course evaluations.
- Coordinate training schedules based on requirements.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training content.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Provide coaching and support to trainees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience in training and development, focusing on process training.
- Solid knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience with training software and technologies, such as e-learning platforms and authoring tools.
- A professional/university degree is required.
