We are looking for a skilled Instructional Designer with 1 to 6 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing instructional materials, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Design and develop high-quality instructional materials, including course content, assessments, and evaluations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Develop and implement instructional strategies to meet diverse learners' needs.
- Create interactive and immersive learning experiences using various technologies and tools.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional designs and recommend improvements.




- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of instructional designs into larger projects.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and educational technology.
- Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with instructional design software and tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Camtasia.
- Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusivity principles in instructional design.
