A skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience to lead the BIM modeling and coordination for high-end bungalows, apartments, commercial interiors, and specialized facade glazing works.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop detailed 3D models for luxury bungalows, apartments, complex commercial interiors, and accurate facade glazing systems using Autodesk Revit.
- Generate construction documentation including floor plans, sections, elevations, and detailed shop drawings directly from the BIM model.
- Maintain model accuracy and ensure all architectural, structural & MEP designs adhere to company standards to Extract accurate Material Take-Offs and quantities from the BIM model to assist the estimation and procurement teams.
- Produce the accurate 2D detailed and working drawings from the generated Autodesk Revit model to make the simplified construction activities.
- Provide on-site support by updating models based on site conditions and producing "As-Built" models upon project completion.
- Collaborate actively with interior designers, facade consultants, and site engineers to resolve design gaps before materials are fabricated.
