Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale Pega Customer Service solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as the Pega Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving architecture decisions, mentoring development teams, and ensuring adherence to Pega best practices and enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Pega solutions.
- Drive technical discussions and collaborate with business,



product, and engineering stakeholders.
- Design scalable, reusable, and high-performing Pega applications.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to SSA and SA teams.
- Define architecture standards, integration strategies, and best practices.
- Work on Pega Customer Service, Constellation, DX API, and enterprise integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support delivery excellence.
- Ensure solution quality, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

- 11-15 years of IT experience with strong Pega expertise.
- Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA/LSA).
- Hands-on experience in Pega Customer Service Framework.
- Experience with Pega Constellation or DX API.
- Solid knowledge of integrations, databases, enterprise architecture, and SDLC.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring architects/developers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
