Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our US Accounting & Taxation team. The ideal candidate will support bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and tax preparation activities for multiple US-based clients. This role provides excellent exposure to international accounting standards, US taxation, and client-facing accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for multiple client accounts.
- Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions.
- Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in preparing US individual and business tax returns.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Review financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare management reports and financial analysis.




- Maintain accounting documentation and supporting records.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve accounting queries.
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Taxation.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in US Bookkeeping and Accounting.
- Exposure to US Taxation and Tax Return Preparation.
- Experience working with CPA firms, KPOs, or outsourcing organizations.
- Familiarity with US tax forms and reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of Quick books Xero, Zoho Books, Sage Intacct, or similar accounting software.
