Looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager - FP&A.; The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a solid background in accounting and finance.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement financial models to measure and forecast potential impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities.
- Analyze internal financial information, including profit and loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, and rates of return.
- Conduct analysis of external economic conditions and their impact on business operations, such as inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates.
- Coordinate daily operations and oversee the implementation of short to medium term activities within the team.
- Manage a mixed team of specialists and support roles, with full employee lifecycle responsibility.




- Participate in/lead the development of new solutions/projects, sharing best practices and advice with coworkers.

Job Requirements

- Advanced knowledge and experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and coordinate lower-level specialists.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering input to policies, processes, and standards.
- Experience in managing a team, focusing on employee development and retention.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Educational qualifications: B.Com, M.Com, MBA/PGDM.
