We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis I to join our team at Azaya Beach Resort, responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in the Pan Asian cuisine. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

- Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.

- Prepare and cook a variety of Pan Asian dishes, including stir-fries, curries, and noodle dishes.

- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Develop recent recipes and menu ideas to enhance the culinary experience.

- Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies.
