We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Process Planning Engineer to join our team at Siemens. The ideal candidate should have 6-7 years of experience in an industrial engineering role with a focus on process design and improvement.

Roles and Responsibility

- Design and develop efficient processes for industrial products.
- Analyze and improve existing processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in the production process.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production workflows.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Electronics Engineering.
- Experience in process design and improvement, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of process planning and control principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
- Proficiency in MOST (Manufacturing Operations System) is an added advantage.
