Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using PeCI ( (Payroll Effective Change Interface ) to integrate various systems with Workday.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.

- Develop complex integrations between Workday and other systems using APIs, web services, or other integration technologies.

- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday integrations and provide timely resolutions.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards for all workday-related activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 7-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in Workday Integration.

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).

- Solid understanding of Peci, Payroll Integration concepts.

- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing priorities under tight deadlines.
