Warehouse Team Leader E-commerce Operations (Inventory / B2B Dispatch)

Location: Gurukul Industrial Area, Delhi–Faridabad Border (Work from Office)

About the Role

We are hiring 2 Warehouse Team Leaders for a fast-growing fashion accessories e-commerce brand. Depending on experience, the selected candidate will lead either Inventory Management or B2B Dispatch

Operations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce warehouse operations, be comfortable managing high order volumes, and have the ability to lead a team of warehouse associates while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned function, responsibilities will include:

1. Inventory Management

- Maintain high inventory accuracy by ensuring physical stock matches system inventory.
- Manage inward operations including GRN, put-away and inventory allocation.
- Conduct cycle counts, stock audits and discrepancy resolution.
- Oversee picking, packing and inventory movement within the warehouse.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs and process compliance.
- Support overall warehouse operations

B2B Dispatch Operations





- Own the end-to-end processing of B2B and marketplace warehouse POs from channels such as Amazon FBA, Blinkit, Myntra, Flipkart and other e-commerce partners.
- Coordinate purchase order planning, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Manage documentation, invoicing and transporter coordination.
- Ensure timely dispatches and delivery follow-ups.
- Work closely with marketplace operations teams to ensure SLA adherence.

Requirements

- 2–6 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse operations.
- Prior experience in either Inventory Management or B2B/Marketplace Dispatch Operations.
- Experience handling high-volume operations with 1,000+ SKUs (fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories, pharma, FMCG or similar industries preferred).
- Hands-on experience with OMS/WMS platforms such as Unicommerce, Vinculum, EasyEcom or similar.
- Experience leading teams of 10–15 warehouse associates.
- Strong operational discipline, attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred

- Experience with rapid-growing e-commerce or omnichannel brands.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
