Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled PHP Laravel Developer with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Laravel development, modern development workflows, AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude, and software delivery best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Develop clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Work independently to analyze requirements and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
- Utilize AI coding assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) effectively to improve productivity and code quality.
- Manage source code using Git and follow branching strategies.
- Create and manage feature branches, pull requests (PRs), and code reviews.
- Prepare technical documentation, API documentation, and deployment guides.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate progress effectively.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in PHP and Laravel.




- Strong understanding of MVC architecture and Laravel ecosystem.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Proficiency in Git, including:
- Feature Branch Workflow
- Pull Requests (PRs)
- Code Review Process
- Merge Conflict Resolution

- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude for coding and productivity.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipeline creation.
- Strong database skills (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deliverables remotely.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Knowledge of unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
