Job Title: Contracts & Claims Engineer / Manager (Arbitration & Legal)

Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Relevant certifications in Contract Management or Arbitration will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- Experience in Railway, Metro, Highway, Road, Bridge, or other Infrastructure EPC projects.
- Hands-on experience in Arbitration, Contract Claims, and coordination of legal matters.
- Knowledge of FIDIC, GCC, SCC, EPC Contracts, and government contract conditions will be preferred.
- Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle contract administration for Railway/Road/Infrastructure projects.
- Prepare, evaluate, and manage contractual claims, variations,



extensions of time (EOT), and change orders.
- Draft, compile, and maintain claim documents with proper contractual and technical substantiation.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect supporting documents, records, correspondence, and site data required for claim preparation.
- Assist in arbitration proceedings by preparing statements of claims, rebuttals, evidence, and supporting documentation.
- Liaise with legal counsel, external advocates, consultants, and clients during arbitration and dispute resolution.
