Job Description:

- Maintain & finalize Books of Accounts
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure proper records for monthly and yearly closing.
- Accounts payable/Accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and tax liabilities in accounting systems.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies and vendor agreements.
- Assist in finalization of books, ledger scrutiny, and prepare management financial reports.
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including General ledger accounts and employee expense reimbursements.
- Process invoices, sales order, Credit memos, generate Purchase order and Billing Documents,



receipts, and payments accurately and on time.
- Ensured daily invoice entry and accounting compliance in Tally Prime.
- Prepare GST returns on time, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, matched GSTR-2A/2B and Annual Returns to ensure compliance
- Processed TDS payments and quarterly TDS return filings within statutory timelines.
- Responsible for all related TDS/ GST / VAT / Sales Tax / Service Tax matter, Compliances
- Cash, Bank & Inventory Management.

- MS Word, MS Excel
- Tally Prime (Accounting Software)
- Accounts Reconciliation, budgeting, managing vendor invoices, Invoice Processing, Tax Compliance /GST Return filling, payment processing, and expense reconciliations
