Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Retail as a Store Manager (SM) or Assistant Store Manager (ASM) with proper knowledge of Revenue Planning, Business driven, Target oriented KPI & SOP, Shrinkage Control, Team Handling, Customer encounter & Inventory control.
Qualification:- Graduate in any discipline.
Male & Female candidates can apply
Training Details:- After Selection, 25 days of Training in Lenskart Academy, Bhiwadi
