Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Onprem and cloud-based infrastructure using OpenShift and VMware technologies.
- Lead the migration of on-premise applications to cloud-based platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize IT processes.
- Develop Ansible playbooks to automate deployment, scaling, and management of cloud resources.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust expertise in OpenShift, VMware, Ansible, and migrating complex workloads from on-premise environments to public clouds (AWS/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders across different geographies.
