Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate closely with production supervisors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Plan and schedule production activities in line with daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Ensure daily production requirements are achieved as per the approved production plan.
- Monitor production progress and take corrective actions to minimize delays and downtime.
- Manage and optimize manpower allocation to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Supervise and guide production teams to maintain discipline, quality, and performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular shop floor inspections to identify and eliminate unsafe conditions and practices.
- Monitor machine utilization and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize equipment breakdowns.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
- Analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.




- Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning departments for uninterrupted production.
- Maintain accurate production records and submit daily production reports to management.
- Train, mentor, and develop supervisors and production employees to improve operational performance.
- Ensure effective utilization of raw materials while minimizing wastage and production costs.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards across the production area.
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

Preferred candidate profile

- Freshers need not apply.
- Senior Production Supervisors are encouraged to apply.
- Production Managers with minimum 1 year of experience may apply.
- Strong production planning, manpower management, and shop floor leadership skills are required.
