Job Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
Diagnose and repair mechanical failures in CNC equipment.
Maintain spindles, ball screws, guideways, bearings, couplings, and tool changers.
Inspect and service hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and coolant systems.
Carry out machine alignment, leveling, calibration, and accuracy checks.
Replace worn-out mechanical components to ensure optimal machine performance.
Minimize machine downtime through timely maintenance activities.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Maintain maintenance logs, inspection reports, and spare parts records.
Follow TPM, 5S, and all safety procedures.

Candidate Profile
ITI, Diploma, or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in CNC mechanical maintenance (Engineer/Sr. Engineer).
5+ years for Assistant Manager and 10+ years for Manager.
Robust knowledge of CNC machine mechanical systems and preventive maintenance.
Experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems is essential.
Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.
