Role & responsibilities
- To review tender documentation.
- Capable of preparing quantity take-off, budgets, estimates and others as per the tender requirements (Both Technical and commercial submittals).
- To develop effective construction and manpower schedules for mechanical works.
- Coordinates preparation of technical and commercial proposals for Mechanical works.
- Raise RFQ (Request for Quotations) to suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensuring best value in procurement and material quotes assessment (value engineering)
- Tender project cost control / valuation.
- Responsible for providing reliable estimates and cost forecasts of tenders.
- Must be capable of site condition evaluation.
Preferred candidate profile
Experienced in Storage Tank, piping, Structural Steel Fabrication Exp. in Contracting companies.
