Role & Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day operations of store
- Achieve monthly revenue, rental, and sales targets.
- Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the store team.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding customer requirements and providing styling assistance.
- Ensure smooth rental operations including booking, trial management, garment issue/return, damage inspection, and security deposit handling.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock movement, barcoding, and periodic stock audits.
- Coordinate with warehouse, tailoring, dry cleaning, and logistics teams to ensure timely garment availability.
- Handle billing, cash management, UPI/POS transactions, and daily sales reporting.
- Maintain VM (Visual Merchandising), cleanliness, and premium store presentation.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, discipline, security, and operational standards.
- Monitor local marketing activities, Google Reviews, WhatsApp enquiries,



and walk-in conversions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and report directly to management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Retail Management preferred).
- 25 years of experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Retail Manager.
- Experience in apparel, fashion, ethnic wear, bridal wear, Jewellary, footwear, lifestyle, or premium retail preferred.
