Preferred candidate profile

Master in Statistics / MBA (preferably with Engineering background)

- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, business intelligence,



or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python, R, and experience working with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven experience in big data technologies, machine learning models, and AI applications.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI) and data visualization techniques.
- Solid understanding of statistical modelling, predictive analytics, and data mining techniques.
- Experience leading high-impact, cross-functional projects, with a proven track record of driving business results using data.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Background in financial services, technology, or a related industry is a plus
