Role & responsibilities

An experienced Siebel Integration Lead with robust expertise in enterprise application integration using Siebel CRM. The candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and managing integrations across enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JMS, CTI, Chatbot, Email, and SMS integrations.

Key Skill / Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Siebel Integration solution design and implementation.
- Design and develop integrations between Siebel CRM and external enterprise applications.
- Work on real-time integrations using Siebel:
- REST APIs
- SOAP Web Services
- JMS / MQ
- EAI
- VBC / EBC

- Integrate Siebel with:

- CTI platforms
- Chatbot platforms
- Email gateways
- SMS gateways
- Middleware platforms

- Design scalable and secure API-based integration architecture.
- Collaborate with business teams, architects, and external vendors.
- Perform integration troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and deployment activities.
- Support SIT, UAT, and production rollout activities.
- Mentor junior developers and integration team members.

Communication Channel Integration

- CTI Integration (Genesys / Avaya / Cisco)
- Chatbot Integration
- Email Integration
- SMS Gateway Integration





Middleware / Tools

- Oracle SOA Suite / OIC / MuleSoft / Kafka (preferred)
- Postman / SOAP UI
- Unix/Linux commands
- SQL / Oracle Database

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Banking, Public Sector or Telecom on Siebel CRM projects.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise integration architecture.
- Experience in Siebel IP17/IP20/IP22/IP23/IP24/IP25/IP26 versions.
- Experience in cloud and microservices-based integration architecture.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes is an added advantage.
- Experience handling production support and critical incident management.

Leadership Expectations

- Lead integration team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and architectural recommendations.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and technical escalations.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and enterprise architecture guidelines.
