You'll conduct thorough needs assessments, uncovering the requirements for new applications or upgrades to existing ones, and document these specifications using Business Analysis methodologies. Collaboration will be your cornerstone as you work closely with application architects and development staff to bring your visions to life. Your eye for detail will shine as you analyze requirements, plan design and implementation, all while adhering to time, cost, and quality targets. You'll consult with customers on compatibility challenges, such as hardware and operating system considerations, data conversion processes, and training requirements, offering holistic solutions that align with budgets.

In this fast-paced environment, you'll have the responsibility of helping customers choose between multiple applications, including packaged solutions. Your insights and judgment will empower them to make informed decisions that drive their organizations to new heights.

Required Skills and Experience

- L2 application support
- Lending applications
- micro finance applications
- Experience in supporting & integrating lending applications with CRM, CBS, DMS, MIS, etc.
- Knowledge in banking domain, especially for India specific requirements.
- Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture and Integration
- Robust ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Job location: Thrissur/Cochin/Kerala

Preferred Skills and Experience

- Software Engineering Life Cycle deliverables for banking projects
- Work closely with the business and IT teams to analyse business requirements, analyse and resolve production issues, root cause analysis, identify automation scope etc
- SQL, Linux, Oracle, IIS, Devops, API, troubleshooting, application monitoring, log checking, Incident management & resolution
- Experience in using and implementing DevSecOps processes
