Role & responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on:
- Communication Skills
- Spoken English
- Business Communication
- Employability Skills
- Conduct training programs of up to 60 hours per batch.
- Deliver training sessions of up to 4 5 hours per day.
- Assess trainee learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor, coach, and guide students to improve their confidence, communication, and employability.
- Facilitate classroom discussions, activities, role plays, and experiential learning exercises.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and progress reports as required.
- Travel to assigned colleges, including remote locations, for training delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification





- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in English, Communicative English, Education, or any relevant discipline.
- Trainers possessing a B.Ed. degree will be given preference.
- Experience in creating training content, activities, and learning materials will be an added advantage.

- Native of Bihar
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in teaching, training, or counselling high-school and college students.
- At least 2 years of experience as an English-Speaking Skills Trainer.
- Industry professionals with training expertise and 24 years of experience in Business Communication Training may also apply.
