; Job summary:

;To support our double-digit growth goals, BDO Digital seeks a Senior Associate with deep expertise in NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) and a strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP Financials. This role will be a key member of the Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) team, responsible for the ongoing functional support, maintenance, and optimization of NSPB environments. The Senior Associate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, resolving complex functional issues, refining existing financial models, and ensuring the long-term stability and scalability of their planning and budgeting operations.

; Job Duties:

;Issue Resolution & Functional Support

- ;Acts as the primary functional point of contact for resolving complex NSPB and ERP Financials support tickets and system defects.

- ;Performs root-cause analysis on data discrepancies between NetSuite ERP and NSPB to ensure accurate "actuals-to-plan" alignment.

- ;Manages and executes enhancement requests, including updating business rules, member formulas, and data maps.

- ;Provides high-touch support during critical client periods, such as annual budgeting cycles and monthly forecasting windows.

;System Optimization & Governance

- ;Evaluates existing NSPB models to identify inefficiencies and proposes optimizations for better performance and user experience.

- ;Reviews and maintains financial planning security structures, model governance, and system controls to ensure data integrity.





- ;Performs "health checks" on client environments to align financial planning processes with evolving ERP data structures.

- ;Refines dashboards, forms, and financial reports to maximize business agility and visibility for finance leaders.

;Client Consultation & Enablement

- ;Gains a deep understanding of client financial operations to recommend value-driven improvements within their current footprint.

- ;Advises clients on best practices for data governance, driver-based forecasting, and scalable operational frameworks.

- ;Develops and maintains "how-to" documentation and knowledge base articles for common client inquiries.

- ;Provides ongoing end-user training and enablement to help clients self-serve within the NSPB platform.

;Operational Management

- ;Manages a portfolio of support clients, tracking SLAs, system stability, and recurring maintenance tasks.

- ;Monitors and tracks risks, decisions, and action items related to long-term system roadmaps and minor enhancements.

- ;Collaborates with Technical Leads and Developers to provide functional clarifications for complex system fixes or integrations.

- ;Leads with a positive, team-oriented, and "client-first" service mindset.
