Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering. Experience: Fresher only (Recent graduates who have no prior full-time experience in a similar role).Strong foundational knowledge of chemistry principles and laboratory practices. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in overseeing daily production operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on the plant floor. - Key Responsibilities

Assist the Production Manager in planning and executing daily production schedules.Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.Conduct in-process checks and maintain accurate production records.Ensure strict compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.Troubleshoot minor operational issues on the production line.Participate actively in the provided SAP training and apply the learned skills in inventory and production data management.
