What would you do Support sourcing initiatives that help organizations optimize spend, achieve cost savings, and improve supplier value.Manage agile sourcing activities, including identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Support project requirements through responsive and adaptable sourcing practices while maintaining supplier relationships and optimizing procurement processes.Develop and manage RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, including understanding sourcing requirements, evaluating supplier responses, and analyzing results. Collect and assess quantitative and qualitative information to support supplier screening, selection, and sourcing decisions.Agile Sourcing involves quickly and efficiently finding and acquiring resources or services needed for a project. This includes identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery. The goal is to support agile project management by being responsive and adaptable. Responsibilities include maintaining supplier relationships and optimizing procurement processes. This role is essential for keeping projects on track and within budget.Understand when how to use a request for proposal (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only) and how to develop, execute and analyze the results. Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen and select suppliers.





What are we looking for Solid knowledge of tactical and strategic sourcing processes with the ability to deliver measurable savings outcomes.Experience managing end-to-end sourcing projects, including:Sourcing strategy developmentSupplier identification and evaluationMarket research and spend analysisRFI, RFP, and RFQ managementSupplier negotiationsCommercial evaluations and award recommendationsSupplier contract executionExperience in stakeholder management, supplier relationship management, and value-based negotiations.Knowledge of contract and business case drafting, contract lifecycle management, contract negotiations, amendments, variations, and contract closures.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with legal and technical teams during contract negotiations.Passion for continuous learning and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong analytical skills, including:Numerical analysis using spreadsheets and data toolsContract and document reviewConverting data and findings into actionable recommendationsKnowledge of procurement tools such as:SAP MMSAP AribaCoupa
